Name the file as follows:

mix recall
Contact as quickly as possible.
When sending a new version, use a different name from the previous version.
Send again using the UPLOAD button.

Fill in the “message” field with any suggestions regarding the volume or sound of the master.

**quality control
All files go through a strict review where any type of noise will be treated and removed
mix recall
If necessary, you will be contacted during the quality control process so that adjustments can be made before mastering.
master recall
Up to 3 recalls per song are included. Delivery time for recalls depends on workload but they will be prioritized
Feedback must be sent through the SAMPLY platform, writing directly on the specific file the desired changes
delivery
A link will be provided via WhatsApp for listening (in high resolution) and for downloading the .zip file
After two weeks, if the client does not provide any feedback, the master will be considered approved
***alternative versions
The price includes mastering of one extra version per track, such as a Playback version
If your mix also has alternative versions such as “TV Mix” or an additional “Playback Extra”, an extra fee will be charged per version. Please consult in advance
*Due to the time zone difference (+4/5 hours compared to Brazil), turnaround time may be longer.
It will depend on the time the work is delivered and the payment is made.
** All files go through quality control, and if necessary, some adjustments or corrections
may be requested to improve the mastering process.
*** It is important to note that all files are listened to in advance and
go through the same quality control as the Original Mix.

FD Mastering guarantees the integrity of the phonographic material throughout the mastering process and file transfer.
The files used will never leave the possession of the professionals involved, nor will there be any disclosure or distribution
of the same when not authorized by the artist/producer or prior to the official release of the work in question.
